BlackFire Signs is a full-service signage company based in Atlanta, GA that provides complete solutions for indoor, outdoor and vehicle signage needs. We provide a wide range of signage options including lobby signs, dimensional signs, ADA/wayfinding signs, wall murals, window graphics, channel letters, pylon signs, monument signs, and vehicle wraps. Servicing businesses, governments and non-profits, we serve as a single source for signage projects of all sizes.

The Lead Installer is a full-time role located at BlackFire Sign’s office in Chamblee, GA in metro Atlanta. The Lead Installer is responsible for directing and executing the installation of all company signage projects while working with our project managers to ensure high-quality results. Day-to-day tasks include working with project managers to assign installation projects (to internal and external installers), managing installation projects him/herself, working with install partners, adhering to project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting installation challenges.

Duties
1. Install various signage including vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics, dimensional letters, channel letters, post & panel signs, HDU signs, ADA/ Wayfinding signage & directional signage.
2. Transport sign materials and equipment to job sites in company vehicles.
3. Operate light to heavy equipment, trucks and trailers. 
4. Read and follow proofs and blueprint plans. Install signs as specificied on ladders, lifts, trucks, indoors/outdoors etc.
5. Safely use power tools and equipment as needed.
6. Use general electrical knowledge to do basic hookups. 
7. Manage installation calendar for all installations.
8. Work closely with Project Managers to schedule and install signage as required by projects. 
9. Help keep shop clean with regards to installation-related assets.
10. Work with Production Dept on maintaining inventory of installation tools and supplies.
11. Conduct site surveys as requested by Project Managers/ Account Executives.  
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
